The table below describes the return/exchange/cancellation policy, subject to the main Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time. Customers are advised to go through the Terms and Conditions

Condition of Items
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Eligible Items All products are eligible for return/exchange, except for clearance sale products, which are only eligible for exchange.
Proof of Purchase
Customers need to share the invoice or contact information through their registered email or contact number.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers can contact Nilora via WhatsApp or email. Nilora will arrange for a reverse pickup. A shipping charge of ₹180 will be deducted from the refund amount for returns.
Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Exchange Process
Customers can exchange for a different size, colour, or product, subject to product availability. A reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be applied for exchanges.
Damaged/Incorrect
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for assistance.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
Domestic Shipping
All domestic orders are shipped via express service, with an estimated delivery time of 3 7 working days.
International Shipping
Yes, international shipping is available. Shipping charges will be extra and vary for standard and express options. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders. Customs duties and any reverse shipping costs for international returns will be borne by the customer.
Tracking Info
Customers will receive tracking information via email and WhatsApp once their order has been shipped.
Unsuccessful Deliveries/Refused Shipments
In the case of a prepaid order that results in an unsuccessful delivery or a refused shipment, Nilora will deduct the shipping cost (₹180) and refund the remaining amount to the same payment mode.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Yes, COD is offered with an additional charge of ₹40 as a cash handling fee. The maximum order value for COD is ₹4999.

Please make sure to provide your invoice number or share the details from your registered email or contact number so we can quickly assist you. Nilora will arrange for a reverse pickup. Please note that a ₹180 fee will be deducted for returns, and a ₹100 fee will be charged for exchanges.

Damaged During Return Shipping: Please ensure items are securely packaged when returning them. Nilora is not responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during return shipping if the customer is responsible for arranging the shipment.
